Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Garden Salad
(6 servings)
8 ounces French feta cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
4 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 Tablespoon minced chives
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 bunch of radishes, cleaned and halved
1 lemon, halved
Salt and pepper
8 ounces baby arugula
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Several tablespoons of your favorite homemade vinaigrette
